Current Situation Impacting Operations
in the Middle East

Departures on or before 31 August 2026 

We would like to reassure our customers that all passengers due to depart on or before 31 August have been successfully rebooked onto alternative airlines.
 

Departures from 1 September 2026 onwards

The Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO) have recently updated their advice and no longer advises against travel to the UAE or Qatar. As a result, operations will continue as normal and passengers who are booked to travel with Emirates, Etihad, or Qatar Airways will be proceeding as normal.
 
If you would prefer not to travel with Emirates, Etihad, or Qatar Airways, please contact us at Operations@wendywutours.co.uk. We would be happy to explore alternative flight options with you. Please be aware that alternative flights may involve a fare difference, and if your tickets have already been issued then any airline cancellation charges also may apply.

We are continually monitoring the situation and reviewing all travel arrangements. Should there be any further changes that affect your booking, we will contact you directly.
 

Media reports of fuel shortages

We can confirm that all of our tours are operating as normal and once your holiday is booked and confirmed with us, your total holiday price will not change.
 
Should any disruption occur - such as airline schedule changes - we will proactively make alternative travel arrangements to minimise any impact on your plans.
