Your safety and well-being will always be our top priority, which is why we’ve been working closely with our partners around the world to ensure Covid health and safety protocols are in place on all of our tours.
As we continue to monitor the local situation in each destination, these protocols will evolve and if necessary (for example due to local regulations) we will provide you with detailed guidelines for your particular tour prior to departure.
Note that while we do everything possible to take care of your safety on tour, each destination has its own rules or guidelines in place, so safety measures will differ from one destination to the next.
Here is a brief summary of the steps we are taking to ensure you will be safe, secure and satisfied when you travel with us.
Our National Escorts and guides will conduct a Health and Safety briefing with you before the tour begins and will help everyone ensure they take care of themselves and adhere to local regulations. It is a requirement that our key staff on tour must be either fully vaccinated or can provide a negative test result before meeting our passengers.
Should anyone on the group fall ill your National Escort will ensure the individual receives swift medical attention and can only return to the group once cleared to do so.
Vehicles will be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected overnight and between different groups.
Our policy to allow at least 1.5 seats per passenger ensures the coach never feels crowded. Hand sanitiser will be given to the group on each embarkation and vehicles will be ventilated prior to passengers boarding.
You will only stay at hotels that fully comply with national or local Covid laws or guidelines. These hotels have also been audited by our overseas partners to ensure they are safe to use.
All the restaurants we visit will be researched and inspected regularly to ensure that they follow strict health, cleanliness and safety guidelines.
