  • What is the Agent Portal?

    Our Agent Portal is the platform where you can find and book the perfect tour for your customers quickly and efficiently. Our Agent Portal also contains access to your incentives, our online training modules and marketing materials for your store. The portal is your one-stop-shop for all things Wendy Wu.

  • How do I book online?

    To book online, you must be a registered user on our Agent Portal. One the home page you will find a Tour search, enabling you to find the right tour for your customers. You can then select your chosen tour and follow the system through to the booking stage.

  • I have found and selected the tour I want, but cannot find a specific flight. What can I do?

    Once you have selected your tour, the next stage of the booking system will show you your flight options. Our sophisticated system receives results from every airline which offers a valid route for your selected tour. To minimise the thousands of possible search results and save you time, we have narrowed the time frame for connecting flights to between a minimum of 2 hours and maximum of 5 hours connection time. We also have other flight rules in place based on flight departure time windows to make sure we offer the best possible flights for our customers. If you have any flights that are not displayed and you have a customer keen to book one of those, please contact our reservations team who will be able to assist with the enquiry.

  • Will Wendy Wu Tours’ special offers be available to book online?

    Wherever possible we will ensure that all promotional discounts will be available via the agent portal. Should a promotion not be bookable online, you will be prompted to call our Reservations team.

  • What is required to confirm a booking?

    The system is clear and easy to understand every step of the process. In the traditional manner, you will be required to supply full names and passport details to confirm your booking.

  • Once I have confirmed my booking, when will I receive documentation?

    As soon as you have confirmed a booking, the system will automatically send your confirmation invoice along with the customer copy and ATOL certificate to your registered email address.

  • I need my confirmation invoice to be sent to a separate email address, how can I do this?

    At confirmation stage, you will be asked to confirm your agency details. At this stage, you can enter the preferred email address for documentation to be sent to. The booking will still be registered to you and this will not affect any incentive awarded for the booking.

  • What happens if I confirm a booking and realise there is an error?

    If you confirm a booking and subsequently realise there is a problem, please call our dedicated travel agent number 0800 988 4888 and press option 2 to speak with a member of our operations team who will help you to resolve any queries you may have.

  • What is Bambu club?

    The Bambu Club is an exclusive club and incentive scheme for our travel agent friends. As well as our very generous incentives, detailed below, this is also your one-stop shop for all things Wendy Wu including:
    • Visa forms and help sheets
    • Wendy Wu Online Training
    • Window posters for download
    • Brochures – available to view online
    • Window packs
    As part of the Bambu Club you can earn Wu points which you can spend and put towards incentives such as spending money on your Bambu Club card, educational places, team dinners etc.

  • What is a Bambu Club card?

    Our Bambu Card is branded with LOVE2SHOP and is very similar to a gift card and can be spent in a wide range of High Street stores, as well as online. For more information, please visit https://www.love2shop.co.uk.

  • How do I get my Bambu Club card?

    To order your Bambu Club card click on ‘Order a card’ in the Bambu Club menu and enter your details. A card will be sent to the address provided within 3 working days.

  • How do I claim my points or spend my points?

    All bookings that you make will be checked by the system and be attributed to your account within 14 days, saving you time, and the total number of points will be clearly visible when you log-in onto the agent portal. When you are ready to spend your points, you can submit a request using the ‘Spend Points’ button. On that page you can choose how many points you want to transfer on your card. Once your claim is processed, the points will be deducted from your account and transferred as cash onto your Bambu Club card.

  • Does my Bambu Club card expire?

    YES, the expiry date is shown on the bottom left of your card. Make sure you spend your cash loaded on the card before the expire date or you will lose the money. Points that haven’t been transformed into cash will not be lost.
