Our Nepal Short Stay itinerary has been intricately designed for those who wish to see iconic sites and magnificent treasures of Nepal. You'll travel with the assurance that all your arrangements are taken care of. You will be met at your Kathmandu hotel and transferred to Nagarkot, a mountainous resort village.
Depending on weather conditions, you may wish to rise early to view the sun rise over the Himalaya range. Later, explore a local village with a Local Guide and enjoy a cooking lesson, before the afternoon at leisure.
This morning you will drive along a winding road to Bhaktapur, the third of the ancient royal capitals. At Durbar Square you will visit the Golden Gate at the Palace of 55 Windows, and weave your way through to the great square of Bhaktapur, Taumadhi Tole, and the Changu Narayan Temple, the oldest temple in the valley. Later, visit Pashupatinath Temple.
Enjoy a tour of Patan, including the former Royal Palace and a return to Patan’s Durban Square. Return to Kathmandu and visit two of the most significant sights in Nepal, the Bodhnath and Swayambhunath stupas.
Enjoy the day at your leisure to explore Kathmandu.
After check-out you will be transferred to Kathmandu airport where your arrangements end.
