Good communication called back as we asked for friendly and helpful good to talk to a person rather than rely on a computer. We have done ten similar tours with one of your competitors. Wendy Wu was recommended to us by friends this is the first time we have used Wendy Wu only down side is having to make our own way to Heathrow

I booked the Jordan and Israel Discovery holiday. The online booking didnt work (it wouldnt display a departure airport) so i phoned instead. My call was answered very quickly. It was very easy and all complete within a few minutes. I like the on line passenger info form, especially as it asked for a photo of passports rather than manually entering all the data. A lot of info is given in their detailed itinerary and on the website so didnt need to ask any further questions.

Wendy Wu - Initial Booking Experience: I was interested in a "Kerala and the Southern Highlights" tour of India in Feb 17 for myself and my wife. I was not travelling directly from/to UK so was interested in the 'land only' option. Stephen Jordan took my call and was able to confirm that spaces were available. He gave me a provisional reference number whilst I arranged my flights. Having confirmed my flights I again spoke to Stephen who continued to give me good news - as previous Wendy Wu customers we would qualify for £100 pp discount and the Visas & airport transfers were included in the 'land only' option. We concluded our business and Stephen sent the confirmatory e-mail with the arrangements within hours. Well done.
We choose Wendy Wu as we believe they offer a complete package from arrival to departure. The itinerary is always good and varied and they also include all meals which is important to us when travelling on the sub continent.

We booked our Discover Japan after talking to, and getting helpful advice from, Stephen Jordan of Wendy Wu Tours. Of importance to us was to get to Japan and back in some degree of comfort and without having to stop off en route; with Stephen’s help we were able to get direct “out and return” BA flights. The information we have received from Wendy Wu is good and the itinerary is just about right for us.
