The lady picked up the phone straight away and guided me through the options available. It was so much easier than booking online.
She was friendly and helpful, everything I would wish for.

Michiyo, our guide, was AWESOME she made our holiday an experience to last a lifetime. Nothing was a problem for her with any of our requests, always wanting to please us, helping out with any of our requests. Kept us all together and encouraged us to all be friends. Michiyo needs to be commend for her guidance she gave and she also represented Wendy Wu with pride. Well done Michiyo. If she was on any other tours I would go for sure.

We were very happy with this tour which lived up to our expectations. Our group were good at timekeeping which helped. Our guide was superb. Very efficient, very clear. Great at problem solving (I lost my Kindle at one hotel and she arranged for it to be posted to a later hotel). It would be difficult to imagine a better guide.

Fabulous tour with Emi - a wonderful tour guide who was so patient, kind and caring. We have returned home from Japan with amazing photos and fantastic memories. Emi was a lovely tour guide who was always happy and obliging. She did everything she could to ensure the entire tour group were enjoying the trip. She was knowledgeable and very helpful when support was needed. We had a lovely group of people and we all enjoyed our travel experience with Emi.

Keith the representative we chatted with was very knowledgeable and friendly. Japan was a destination on our bucket list and he took us through the most appropriate trip for us. We are so excited to see and experience everything on the extensive itinerary . The free 2 night stay in Singapore on the return journey was an incerdible bonus.

Thank you for a well organised itinerary. We saw Mt Fuji, tea ceremony was a delightful experience and making Washi paper postcards was fun. Shirakawago is an exquisite village, like a ski chalet. Himeji Castle was very interesting. Our guide Yukari is very professional and friendly at the same time. She goes beyond her way to help us with any queries. She’s simply delightful.

I sent an email enquiry early yesterday morning. By 6pm we had our trip to Japan confirmed. We dealt with a wonderful professional consultant, Alexia Christou who sourced the trip and the flight upgrades within a few hours. She was so pleasant to deal with, the process could not have been easier.

Initially the pricing was somewhat confusing as I never received a written priced quote. However after a bit of too and froing everything was resolved. A very inclusive tour, which was just what we wanted for our first visit to the country. One gripe is the rather expensive upgrades and some of the extensions. We will see after we take the tour whether the extra expense was worth it.
