The Partner Flies Free offer is available on bookings confirmed between 26 December 2024 and 31 January 2025 and cannot be applied retrospectively to bookings already confirmed. The offer is available on group tours in 2025 and 2026. The offer does not include Tailormade or Private tours. The offer includes free return economy class flights for one person when two passengers are travelling together on the same booking. The ‘Partner Flies Free’ offer is displayed on the Wendy Wu Tours website as a per person discount (eg. an £800 free flight is presented as a £400 per person discount). Solo travellers are also eligible for the per person discount as displayed. The offer can be combined with Loyalty Discounts but not with any other offers or discounts. Please note that flights on holidays booked more than 11 months in advance may be subject to supplements when airline fares are published. The Free Business Class Upgrade offer is available on new bookings confrrmed between 27 January and 31 January 2025, on tours departing between March and June 2025. The offer cannot be applied retrospectively to bookings already confirmed. The offer is available on group tours starting and ending in Beijing, Shanghai and Chengdu and is based on flying with Air China only. The offer includes a free one-way inbound business class upgrade. A supplement of £999pp applies to upgrade to fly business class both-ways, or £399pp to fly business class one-way outbound. Please note that some flights might return to a different London airport based on flight dates and availability: please check when you make enquiry. The offer can be combined with Loyalty Discounts but not with other offers or promotions. The offer is subject to Air China flight availability. Wendy Wu Tours reserve the right to change or withdraw the offer at any time.
Prize Draw Terms and Conditions
1. Eligibility: The prize draw is open to individuals aged 18 or over. Employees of Wendy Wu Tours and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
2. Entry: To enter the prize draw, participants must book a Group Tour to China ,departing in 2025 or 2026, by 31 Jan 2025.
3. Prize: The winner will receive a one-way upgrade to business class on the Airline booked in conjunction with their tour. Upgrades are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Should you have already booked a Business Class flight, you will be refunded the value of a one way inbound Business Class flight.
4. Winner Selection: The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries. The winner will be notified by email or phone within [7] days of the draw. If the winner does not respond within [7] days, an alternate winner will be selected.
5. Publicity: By entering the draw, the winner agrees to participate in reasonable publicity related to the prize, including their name and image being used in promotional materials.
6. General Terms: Wendy Wu Tours reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the prize draw at any time without prior notice. Entries not complying with the terms and conditions may be disqualified.
7. Data Protection: Personal data will be used solely for the purpose of administering the prize draw and in accordance with Wendy Wu Tours’ Privacy Policy.
