What is Bambu Club?

The Bambu Club is an exclusive club and incentive scheme for our travel agent friends. As well as our very generous incentives, detailed below, this is also your one-stop shop for all things Wendy Wu including:

• Visa forms and help sheets
• Wendy Wu Online Training
• Window posters for download
• Brochures – available to view online

HOW TO CLAIM YOUR INCENTIVES: 
1. Ensure your profile is up to date (click on the green person- My profile in top right hand side of this page)
2. Click on claim points (on the index to left of this page) Fill in the booking reference and name. No need to fill in Booking revenue. We will work out the amount of incentive for you.
3. You can build & save up your points or redeem once you have at least 200 points (£20)
4. When you want to spend your points click on Redeem my points. Choose the amount and complete your form. We will then approve your claim and then send you a E-voucher. Please note we will be no longer topping up cards. Any points on them will be valid until the card expires.



Bookings made over the phone need to be claimed within 3 months of the booking date.
