We found Wendy Wu Tours to be everything we expected and more. Our tour guide Addison added another dimension with his fantastic organisation and attention to every meticulous personal detail. We can’t thank Addison enough for making our time in China so special. 

We attended a presentation given by Wendy Wu staff. It was delivered really well giving us good insights to some of their tours...China, Cambodia and Vietnam, Japan and India. Refreshments were available on the day throughout the session. We booked our holiday the same day with Matt Mears who was fabulous and he went the extra mile for us. Cannot wait to visit Japan. Brochures for all their tours were available on the day. Really enjoyed the experience.

Polite advisor told me what I needed to know when asked. As a solo flyer first time I've never done a connecting flight so it did stress me alot but the advisor put me at ease. This is my first trip solo outside of UK and first trip with wendy wu tours. I plan on doing more as these tours are ideal for what I need

Fantastic holiday, Vietnam at a glance, its in the name. Packed tours every day with meals in between the tours. Lots of walking and sightseeing. amazing local tour guide, who went out his way to explain everything.

I have travelled with Wendy Wu Tours to many countries and have never been disappointed. The itinerary is full and accommodation excellent. Everything is taken care of so that you can fully immerse yourself in the experience of visiting a wonderful destination. Cannot fault them.

We had a small group and loads of activities organised for us, a perfect basis for this superb holiday experience. The pace of the tour was just right, the weather brilliant and the food mostly superb. Our Thai guide Mr Chai had poor English when it came to understanding what we said, but that didn't detract too much. Our Laotian guide Bee was professional and lovely in all respects.
My only real complaint was our first dinner in Thailand when we had just arrived in Bangkok, which was chicken and mash - how this happened, we do not know!
This was my first experience of Wendy Wu Tours and will undoubtedly not be my last. The attention to detail was greatly appreciated.

We spent 3 nights in Siem Reap we were greeted at the airport by our guided for the next three days and drivers. We had tours around the Ankor Wat.Ban and several others in the area. We went to the Night Circus along with a lovely meal. Our guide and driver were very good. We were then picked up along with approx 12 other guests and taken to board the boat on The Mekong it was a long drive with a lunch stop and toilet breaks on the way.
We were warmly greeted on the boat and had a Cambodia guide with us from collecting at the airport until we arrived in Vietnam where were picked up by another guide.
The service by the staff on the boat was excellent. The food was good. Each day we had tours which were good as we had our guided with us along with transport.
It was my wife's birthday whilst away and the presented a cake and sung to her. The bed was also made up with a birthday wish.
On Arriving at our final port in Vietnam we were transported to Saigon along with our guided on arrival at Saigon we then collected our local guide and driver who arranged all of our included tours. We stayed here in the Central Palace Hotel. Which was the worst Hotel we stayed in. We were on the 11th floor but it was very noisy room due to traffic and the windows not closing properly. We reported this to receipt they were unhelpful. We were also notified when we arrived in our room that the pool was closed as was the bar and would not be available for the whole time we were there. But no real apology from the hotel. I would not recommend this hotel.

We have been away with Wendy Woo Tours in the past and have just booked a holiday for next year.

Sadly this trip did not live up to expectations as the itinerary published did not flow as it should have. The road trips took far longer than expected due to the poor road conditions and they will only get worse in this unspoiled and beautiful but poor country. Fellow travellers should have been advised of itinerary alterations months before their departure date and the company should have been honest with their customers. I have travelled with Wendy Wu tours several times but this tour let them down. The hotels should have been better. Many fellow travellers had not used the company previously and will not be tempted into travelling with them again.
